Vermont Maple Birch Syrup

This product is one part Vermont Birch syrup to ten parts Vermont maple. It has a very uniquely sweet and earthy flavor to it. The color is a lot like red birch beer. We love it on pork roasts as a glaze or as a glaze on roasted root veggies in the oven.
