Salt and Vinegar Hot Sauce

This sauce has that classic vinegar flavor that you know and love. It is not runny or liquidy because we use local Vermont carrots in the base of the sauce to give it some staying power. This one is fantastic on wings, quesadillas, pizza and egg rolls!
