This sauce has a nice whiskey aged rustic smoky flavor to it. This sauce was made for BBQ chicken, pork and beef. The sweet maple goodness serves as the perfect match to the distinct smoky whiskey flavor that we achieve by aging this sauce in a charred oak bourbon barrel for 75 days.
