Maple Bourbon Hot Sauce
This one is really good on any kind of proteins whether it be steak, chicken, salmon, tofu, tempeh,....it has a real nice smoky seeet essence to it that compliments any kind of food.
We age come local Vermont Maple syrup in a whiskey barrel from Fort Ann distillery in New York State. The end result is a very authentic tasting sauce. The charred oak barrel makes all the difference.
