Piri Piri

This paper is made with local African Birdseye (Piri Piri) chile peppers grown at Khelcom Farm in Berlin, VT. This sauce also contains organic garlic scapes from 1000 Stone Farm in Brookfield, VT. We love it on our morning eggs, on some late night egg rolls, and some fresh out of the oven empanadas.
